Studies indicate that employees rank dental plans as the number-two benefit provided by employers. Selecting the best plan for your employees is all about finding the right balance.
HAWK’s Benefit Advisers will help you examine all your options, including:
- High Option: In addition to regular cleaning, cavity repair, root canals, maintenance and preventative care…High option plans may include special procedures such as crowns, bridges, and dentures.
- Low Option: Typically covers regular maintenance and preventive care. Participating dentists are paid on a set fee schedule with employees paying the coinsurance.
- Non-participating plans: Employees receive a plan-allowed reimbursement based on the fee schedule for non-participating dentists.
